Construction with Limited Resources (2014-05-01) 

For the first time FITYMI happened took place outside of Tallinn, Estonia. During the Plyta festival in Šakiai (LT), FITYMI happened with a group of enthusiastic amateur engineers. Their task for Fake it Till You Make it was to create a structure out of interlocking wooden pieces which could support their weight. The workshop started inside, it moved inside when the weather got cold, participants worked individually and in collaboration, it was an engineering marathon, a difficult task but participants faked it until they eventually made it. 
The task of this FITYMI session explored structural engineering, divergent thinking, collaborative learning, problem solving while having limited recources to work with.
