Fast and Raw is a workshop on sushi making, knife sharpening and sushi eating. During the workshop participants will learn to make Hosomaki, Temaki, Nigiri, and Gunkanmaki sushi with a variety of different traditional, and non-traditional, fillings. Those in the class will also learn how to sharpen a knife (bring a knife from home) by using a sharpening stone – because a sharp knife makes your sushi more delicious. For the finale of the class, we will eat.
